BILINGUAL US STUDENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE

Global University has an opening in the U.S. Student Services Department for a full-time (40 hours per week) Bilingual US Student Services Representative.  Hours are 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday and Wednesday through Friday with Tuesday being 7:30am-6:00pm.  The basic function of this position is to process student applications, enrollments, and final examinations.  Applicants must:  (1) have good record-keeping skills and attention to detail; (2) have good interpersonal communications skills; (3) have a working knowledge and experience with Windows applications; (4) have strong organizational skills; and (5) have proficient language skills in both Spanish and English for reading, writing, speaking, and translation.  A position description is available upon request.  If you are qualified and interested, please complete an application and send an updated resume to humanresources@globaluniversity.edu.

DONOR RELATIONS COORDINATOR

Global University has an opening in the University Relations Department for a full-time (40 hours per week) Donor Relations Coordinator.  Hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.  The basic function of this position is to manage the administrative tasks of the donor relations office leading to increased connectivity to donors.  A chief aspect will be to maintain flexibility according to what is most needed at any given time.  Applicants must:  (1) be able to work independently; (2) be detail oriented; (3) knowledgeable about donors and the importance of relationships with donors; (4) have a demonstrated ability to do detailed, accurate, and meticulous work; (5) have flexibility and strong organizational skills.  A position description is available upon request. TWO FULL-TIME EDITORS

Global University has openings in the University Materials Development Department for two full-time Editors.  Hours are between 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.  The basic function of these positions are to manage the instructional design (ID), editing, proofreading, revising, and production of course and non-course materials.  Applicants must:  (1) have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in English, education, journalism, or Bible and theology; (2) have strong English language skills and writing ability; (3) have training and experience with MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign required), Adobe Acrobat; ability to learn new software; (4) have a demonstrated ability to do detailed, accurate, and meticulous work; (5) have ability to concentrate for sustained reading.  A position description is available upon request.  If you are qualified and interested, please go online and complete an application and email an updated resume to humanresources@globaluniversity.edu.

VICE PRESIDENT OF FINANCE/CFO
