Global University has an opening in the Admissions and Records Department for a part-time (18 hours per week) Admissions and Records Assistant. Hours vary during 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. The basic function of this position is to assist the Admissions and Records office in the processing of student applications, incoming transcripts, and records maintenance. Applicants must: (1) have good record-keeping skills and attention to detail; (2) have good telephone skills and presence; (3) have the ability to work with minimum supervision; (4) have strong written communication skills including spelling, grammar, and business communication; and (5) have good interpersonal communication skills.
