ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE CLERK

Global University has an opening in the Finance department for a part-time (up to 20 hours per week) Accounts Receivable Clerk.  Working hours are between the hours of 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, and schedule would be worked out between the supervisor and employee.  The basic function of this position is to process receipts, prepare the daily deposit, and issue Accounts Receivable statements/collection letters.  Applicants must:  (1) have a at least 2 years of experience working with invoicing and accounts receivable; (2) have a strong organization skills; (3) have Strong inter-personal relationship skills; (4) be self motivated; and (5) have knowledge of general business practices and procedures. INVENTORY PRODUCTION MANAGER

Global University has an opening in the Inventory Production department of the Finance division for a full-time (40 hours per week) Inventory Production Manager position.  Hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.  The basic function of this position is to coordinate production of all inventory products, interacting with all personnel involved in the publishing and distribution of Global University materials.  Applicants must:  (1) have strong organizational and problem solving skills; (2) have experience with word processing, SAGE100 and Windows Applications; (3) have prior inventory control experience preferred; (4) ability to work well with administrators, co-workers, and other departments; and (5) have self-motivation and dependability.
