8:30am - 1:30pm: Commencement Check-in and Welcome Reception

• 8:30am - 9:30am: Group 1 (15 graduates)
  
• 9:30am - 10:30am: Group 2 (15 graduates)
• 10:30am - 11:30am: Group 3 (15 graduates)
• 11:30am - 12:30pm: Group 4 (15 graduates)
• 12:30pm - 1:30pm: Group 5 (15 graduates)

Commencement Check-in: Below are the steps of the check-in process for participating graduates:

• Check-In: Verify your contact information and submit your release form.
• Photo/DVD: Place your photo/DVD order.
• Payment for Photo/DVD: Make payments for your photo/DVD order.
• Regalia: Collect your regalia; try it on to ensure you have the correct size.
• Name Pronunciation: Verify your name pronunciation with the registrar.
• Alumni/Graduation Excursion: Pick up your tickets for Joseph, the musical.
• Interview: If applicable, be interviewed by a GU staff member.

Welcome Reception: Enjoy refreshments and meet and greet Global University staff and faculty members. This reception is an open-house event, so it will occur simultaneously with the commencement check-in process.

8:30am - 1:30pm: Guided tour of the Assemblies of God National Leadership and Resource Center
If you have never toured the Assemblies of God National Leadership and Resource Center, this is an opportunity you do not want to miss. Click here for more information.

• 8:30am - 9:30am: Group 1 (35 attendees)
  
• 9:30am - 10:30am: Group 2 (35 attendees)
  
• 10:30am - 11:30am: Group 3 (35 attendees)
• 11:30am - 12:30pm: Group 4 (35 attendees)
  
• 12:30pm - 1:30pm: Group 5 (35 attendees)

(Tour times can be selected during the online registration process.)

Sight & Sound Theater, Branson, MO

3:00pm: Sight & Sound Theatre lobby: Arrival at Sight & Sound Theatre.

3:30 – 5:30pm: Joseph (a Musical)

Commencement Events at Life 360 Church - Park Crest campus

8:15-9:15am: Commencement Check-in and Welcome Reception: (only 15 graduates) (Life 360 Church - Park Crest campus - Lobby):

Commencement Check-in: Below are the steps of the check-in process for participating graduates:

• Check-In: Verify your contact information and submit your release form.
• Regalia: Collect your regalia; try it on to ensure you have the correct size.
• Name Pronunciation: Verify your name pronunciation with the registrar.
  

9:30 – 11:15am: Mandatory Rehearsal (Life 360 Church - Park Crest campus - Sanctuary)
Graduates will participate in a mandatory rehearsal. If your guests choose to come to Life 360 Church - Park Crest campus during this rehearsal, they may sit in the lobby of the church.. Graduates must be seated in church sanctuary by 9:15 a.m.

11:30am – 1:00pm: President's Luncheon (910 Ballroom)
The president of Global University will host a luncheon in honor of the 2013 Graduates.

3:00 – 4:30pm: Special Photo Session (Life 360 Church - Park Crest campus - Worship Arts-Room 103)
If you would like a special photo with the president and/or with your guests taken by our professional photographer; it will be taken at this time.

4:30 – 5:00pm: Robing with Regalia (Life 360 Church - Park Crest campus - assigned rooms)
Graduates will use the designated dressing rooms to put on their regalia. GU staff will be available to assist the graduates.

5:00pm: Group Photo (Life 360 Church - Park Crest campus - Sanctuary)
Our professional photographer will take a group picture of all the graduates. A GU staff member will escort the graduates to the location where the photo will be taken.

5:45pm: Line up for the processional (Life 360 Church - Park Crest campus - Sanctuary)

6:00pm: Commencement Ceremony

Following the recessional, a cake and punch reception will be provided at the Gymnasium of Life 360 Church - Park Crest campus. All graduates and guests are encouraged to attend the reception.
