Miraculous healing of cancer from the ministry of GU students working in a country with restricted access.

Two GU students used their study of The Gospel of John to teach a lesson in a “house church” in a nation where the Church doesn’t have the liberty enjoyed in Western cultures.

The students developed their lesson from the course, particularly the miracles mentioned in John’s Gospel. They presented their message in a service where a woman in attendance had stomach cancer. An invitation was given at the close of the lesson for those in attendance to accept Christ as Lord. The woman who was sick responded to receive Christ, and then received prayer for healing for her stomach cancer.

This new believer told the students and people present that she had a doctor’s appointment scheduled in three weeks to check the cancer in her stomach. The faith of those present would be tested during this waiting period. The day arrived, and the woman went to her doctor to see if there had been a change in her condition. The doctor, after carefully examining his patient, couldn’t find any cancer!  She reported back to those who were present when she received prayer. The Lord had healed her completely. After she gave her testimony to the others, their faith in God was strengthened.

Two GU students using the knowledge they learned experienced the power of God to heal and build up new believers in faith. The ministry application of The Gospel of John will continue to bear fruit in the kingdom of God in their part of the world.
