Since the Study Center assumes certain responsibilities of administering Global University courses, Global University is able to reduce the cost of materials by 20%.

Study Centers in the United States use non-college and non-credit courses that are developed by a division of Global University called the Center for Evangelism and Discipleship (CED). This division produces courses and materials under the categories of:

• Evangelism
• Christian Life
• Christian Service

The Evangelism courses have been used to tell more than 20 million people about Christ. The Great Questions of Life course has touched lives in over 175 countries of the world. Each year over 60,000 people report to Global University that they have accepted Jesus Christ as their Savior through the study of these Evangelism courses.

Some of the courses are in a small pamphlet format to enable mass distribution to non-Christians. Others are designed for individual distribution to friends, co-workers, and neighbors.

The Christian Life courses include 18 books that are designed to draw each believer into a closer relationship with God. Each course contains self-examination reviews (tests) that are graded by the Study Center.

This series is conversational in language style and is best suited for short-term study or the discipleship of new believers.

Christian Service courses offer a more in-depth approach to Bible study. These courses also have self-examination reviews (tests) that are graded by the Study Center.

This series is best suited for training lay leadership and students who desire a more in-depth approach to Bible study. Each book is 8-10 chapters in length and typically takes thirteen weeks to complete when studied in a class that meets once per week.
