IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS

Global University would like to make you aware of two significant changes which will take effect on January 1, 2009, for Berean School of the Bible students.

CHANGE IN BEREAN SCHOOL OF THE BIBLE ENROLLMENT PERIOD

In order to make the Berean School of the Bible enrollment period consistent with Global University’s other schools and to encourage course completion, the following policy change will be effective January 1, 2009:

New enrollment period to complete each course is 6 months
One 6-month extension available for small fee – total enrollment period of 12 months
Re-enrollment required if course not completed after 12 months
Enrollment period remains 18 months for courses enrolled before January 1, 2009
One 6-month extension available for small fee for courses enrolled in prior to Jan. 1, 2009, that have gone incomplete
Re-enrollment required if course not completed after the 6-month extension

Please note that with the change in the BSB enrollment period to 6 months, the cancellation and refund policy will also change. Beginning January 1, 2009 the policy will read as follows:

BSB CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

An enrollment may be canceled by an applicant student within five (5) business days. From five (5) business days after enrollment and until nine (9) months from the enrollment date or until the time that the final exam has been received, the school will retain a 20 percent registration fee. Refunds will be given only on materials that are in resalable condition. No refund will be made after five (5) business days for the New Student Application Fee.

CHANGE IN TUITION RATES

The following tuition rates will take effect on January 1, 2009:

Berean School of the Bible tuition – $45 per course
Undergraduate tuition – $110 per credit
Graduate tuition – $205 per credit

Global University’s mission is to make education available to as many students as possible all over the world. These minimal increases reflect the rising cost to develop and deliver a quality distance education.
