INTERNATIONAL STUDENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE (BILINGUAL)

TEMPORARY VIDEO EDITOR AND MEDIA ASSISTANT

Global University has an opening in the Media department of the Information Technology division for a temporary part-time Media Video Editor.  This position will be up to 28 hours per week with working hours varying between the hours of 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.  This position will only be open to work up to 3 months.  The basic function of this position is to edit video projects and assist in media production in support of the educational, instructional and promotional needs of Global University.  Applicants must:  (1) have proficiency using a non-linear video editing program (Final Cut Pro); (2) have a strong multi-tasking ability; (3) be self-motivated and dependable; (4) have good interpersonal communication skills; and (5) have the ability to be proactive and work with minimal supervision. EDITOR

Global University has an opening in the University Materials Development Department for a full-time (40 hours per week) Editor.  Hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.  The basic function of this position is to manage the instructional design (ID), editing, proofreading, revising, and production of course and non-course materials.  Applicants must:  (1) have Bible training (highly recommended); (2) have creative writing ability; (3) have the ability to work with minimum supervision; (4) have a demonstrated ability to do detailed, accurate, and meticulous work; (5) have the ability to concentrate for sustained reading. ADMISSIONS AND RECORDS ASSISTANT

Global University has an opening in the Admissions and Records Department for a part-time (10 hours per week) Admissions and Records Assistant.  Hours vary during 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.  The basic function of this position is to assist the Admissions and Records office in the processing of student applications, incoming transcripts, and records maintenance.  Applicants must:  (1) have good record-keeping skills and attention to detail; (2) have good telephone skills and presence; (3) have the ability to work with minimum supervision; (4) have strong written communication skills including spelling, grammar, and business communication; (5) have good interpersonal communication skills; and (6) Spanish language fluency, both written and spoken (preferred but not required). SPANISH-LANGUAGE DEGREE AUDIT SPECIALIST
